Sugarhouse Steamer
Yields one serving
2 Tbsp Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
Whipped cream
Viennese coffee (prepared instant or brewed with an espresso machine)
Steamed or scalded milk
Pure Vermont Maple Sugar
Pour the maple syrup into the bottom of a mug. Add coffee and pour in the milk. Top with whipped cream and a generous sprinkling of maple sugar.
Maple Lemonade
5 cups water
1 1/4 cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (5-6 Lemons)
1/2 cup Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
Optional Herbs - Sage, Rosemary, Lavender
Combine ingredients, add ice, stir and enjoy!
(This is also wonderful as a warm/hot drink in cooler weather, minus the ice - of course!)
